Memberships

All membership purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.

For those who choose the Event Registration + ASAE Hawaii Annual Membership option, membership dues are non-refundable; only the event registration is refundable according to the policy below.

Event Registrations

  • Cancellations received at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee upon request.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, please contact us immediately at Lauren.asaehawaii@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, please email Lauren.asaehawaii@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order or transaction number

  • Reason for request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.
