All membership purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.
For those who choose the Event Registration + ASAE Hawaii Annual Membership option, membership dues are non-refundable; only the event registration is refundable according to the policy below.
Cancellations received at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee upon request.
