Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. However, substitutions are allowed at any time.For those who choose the Event Registration + ASAE Hawaii Annual Membership option, membership dues are non-refundable; only the event registration is refundable according to the policy above.
