AI gives association professionals practical ways to expand their capacity, improve operations, and better serve their members. In this session, Zach Giglio will draw on his work implementing AI inside real organizations across the country to show how association teams can apply readily available tools to everyday workflows, including member retention and growth, event planning, and internal operations. Through live examples, participants will see how to turn AI interest into useful action. The session will also explore the leadership, staff engagement, and organizational habits needed to make AI adoption stick, with clear starting points participants can bring back to their own associations.
